1. How do I license bizzSmart?
Licensing bizzSmart is easy. Download the bizzSmart application from Google Playstore, and register using your mobile number, business name and email address, choose a password of your liking, and you’re good to go. On signing up, you get a fully-featured 14-day mobile version free trial of the product before you choose to subscribe to bizzSmart.
3. For how long is the free plan free?
The free plan of bizzSmart is free forever, as long as you are comfortable with the features in the free plan you can use it. It can be renewed for free of charge every month once the plan got expired.
5. How many system users I can add to my store in bizzSmart?
bizzSmart lets you add 1 user in the Free plan, 2 users in the Sprout plan, 3 users in the Sapling plan, 5 users in the Blossom plan, and if you need more users you can go with our enterprise plans. You can add unlimited staff members to your store for managing your operation across all the plans, the restriction is only for the system user roles like administrator, manager and cashier.
7. Are my data secure with bizzSmart?
Yes, bizzSmart secures your transactions through SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication method. We have backed up your data occasionally to prevent data loss at any unlikely event.
9. I am using the free plan. Can I get product support?
Yes, basic support will be available for all plans. The free plan comes with email, Whatsapp and chats support. Send your queries by clicking any of the support options from the application at any time. We are available Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm.
11. How much time does it take to set up bizzSmart?
It depends on how many products you have and how busy you are. Some merchants complete the process within a couple of hours, but if you have tons of SKUs and no free time, it could even take days.
We do understand that time is money for you, so to make set-up as quick and painless as possible, we recommend that you prepare Excel or CSV files of the following before starting the process:
- List of all products
- List of prices and tax information
- List of SKUs or barcodes
- List of customers
- List of suppliers
bizzSmart also offers professional services that include hands-free setup (where we take care of everything, including migrating products and customers) and one-to-one training on request.
13. I want to use bizzSmart on an iPad, is it going to work for me?
First off, good for you for deciding to use an iPad-based solution. An increasing number of retailers are opting for mobile POS systems because they’re sleek, portable, and allow you to bring the check out process to your customers.
And yes, bizzsmart runs great on an iPad. You’ll be able to get the system up and running either by downloading the bizzSmart iPad app or using our web-based application after subscribing to a compatible plan.
2. Am I committed to bizzSmart forever?
No! bizzSmart is a pay-as-you-go service, so you are not committed by any contract to stay subscribed. You can cancel your subscription at any time you feel you are not satisfied with our product or service. On cancelling your subscription, you can get a full refund based on our company refund policy.
4. How many invoices can I create in free plan?
You can create unlimited invoices in all the plans, we are not restricting invoices as we believe growth is the ultimate for any retail business.
6. How many employees I can add to process Payroll in bizzSmart?
You can add up to 100 employees for payroll processing in Blossom and as your choice with Enterprise plans. Payroll feature will not be available with Free, Sprout and Sampling plans6
8. Do you store my credit card information?
No, we don’t ask or store your credit card information during sign up. However, we do ask for credit card information when you subscribe to bizzSmart after completing your free trial. Still, we are not saving or handling it in our database or on the device as it’s all managed by the payment partners.
10. How much does it cost to switch to bizzSmart?
bizzSmart basic version is FREE forever with all the necessary features required for managing a small retail store. We don’t want you to spend a fortune either which is why bizzSmart has a number of pricing plans where the cost depends on the features you need and the size of your business.
12. Is bizzSmart compatible with my existing hardware?
It’s very likely that bizzSmart will work nicely with the existing printers, scanners and POS equipment you already have. We focus on making the software work with the best and most commonly used retail hardware.

14. Will I have a hard time migrating my data to bizzSmart?
It shouldn’t be super easy to add your inventory using bizzSmart catalogue library. apart from that bizzsmart lets you add your products one-by-one and we also have a Excel import functionality if you want to add products in bulk.
